Sabbhineni Meghana, who hails from Andhra, is a right-handed top-order batter. She was born on June 7, 1996. The experienced Indian player was a part of the national team that won the Women's T20 Asia Cup in 2016 as well as the team that won the recent edition of the tournament in 2022.

She was the highest run-getter in the 2021-22 Women's Senior One Day Trophy as she accumulated 388 runs with a century & two half centuries in the tournament. She represented India in the 2022 Commonwealth games.
