Ishan Jayaratne is a right arm seam bowler who has represented Sri Lanka U19 on a regular basis from 2007. Impressive performance in the domestic circuit saw him earn a place in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup squad in Malaysia in 2008. He has also represented Sri Lanka A in then List A matches against West Indies and then against New Zealand in 2013.
