Muhamad Syahadat Ramli was born on March 24, 1994, in Johor, Malaysia. A versatile right-handed batter and right-arm off-spin bowler, he developed through local grass-roots structures in Johor before rising through the national ranks to represent the Malaysia Under-19 team and senior provincial setups including the Royal Malaysian Air Force and ATM (Malaysian Armed Forces).
Syahadat made his international footprint in April 2018 during the ICC World Cricket League Division Four, where he earned a Man of the Match award against Uganda after picking up four wickets. He made his official T20I debut against Thailand during the Malaysia Tri-Nation Series at the Kinrara Academy Oval in June 2019. Months later, he made his official List A debut for Malaysia against Denmark on September 16, 2019, during the inaugural CWC Challenge League A tournament in Kuala Lumpur.
Operating as a calm middle-order batter capable of anchoring an innings or accelerating in the final overs, Syahadat established himself as a central figure in Malaysia's white-ball plans. Over his career, he featured across multi-nation regional events, domestic T20 competitions for Western Warriors, and the ICC pathway tournaments.
Through the 2025 and 2026 seasons, Syahadat continued to serve as a reliable veteran option in Malaysia's middle order. He delivered consistent performances during bilateral assignments, including key contributions in the home series against Indonesia and the Asian Games Men's T20 Qualifier in Singapore. Eventually, he was selected in the Malaysian squad for the Asian Games 2026 too.
