Jack Czosnek is a Victorian all-rounder who has progressed through the state's junior pathway and Richmond Cricket Club. A right-handed batter who can also contribute with his off-spin, Czosnek was part of Victoria Metro's Under-17 setup before continuing his development through Premier Cricket. His performances have also taken him into the Melbourne Stars' wider pathway, while a stint with Nightcliff in Darwin's A-grade competition gave him valuable senior cricket experience.
Czosnek made a strong impression during the 2026 Darwin season, including a 157 for Nightcliff against PINT. He was also involved with the Australia XI setup in Darwin, serving as a substitute fielder during the four-day match against Bangladesh. That experience provided another taste of the senior international environment as he continued to develop his game.
His progression was rewarded with the Australia U19 captaincy for the 2026 tour of India. Czosnek led the side in the opening Youth ODI in Rajkot, scoring a half-century and then produced an impressive 81 from 63 balls in the second match as Australia continued its three-match 50-over series against India. He ended up with 143 runs across 3 innings with a strike rate of 145.91. He remains part of the squad for the subsequent four-day matches in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, marking another important step in his development.
